Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to course and subscription fees paid through app.evayam.com using our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. It does not cover institutional service agreements, which are governed separately by their signed contract.

You may cancel a course purchase and receive a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided you have not yet accessed any paid course content, live sessions, or downloadable materials. To request this, email hello@plantesquare.com with your registered email and transaction ID.

Once any part of a course's paid content has been accessed or a live session has been attended, the fee becomes non-refundable, except where required by law or as set out in Section 4 below. This reflects that course seats and digital content are made available to you immediately upon payment.

We will investigate and, where confirmed, issue a full refund for: (a) duplicate payments for the same course caused by a technical error, (b) amounts debited without a corresponding successful enrolment due to a payment gateway or platform failure, or (c) course cancellations initiated by eVayem or the offering institution.

Email hello@plantesquare.com or call +91-8861212274 with your name, registered email, course name, and Razorpay transaction/payment ID. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card network's processing timelines, which are outside our control.

We may revise this policy from time to time; the version in effect on your date of payment will apply to that transaction. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
