Institutions use eVayem to manage the full student lifecycle — from inquiry and admissions, through live and recorded coursework, assessments, and faculty scheduling, to payroll and appraisals — without exporting data between disconnected tools. Individual learners enrol in and pay for courses directly through app.evayam.com.

We believe institutions lose time and clarity when their CRM, LMS, and HRM systems don't talk to each other. eVayem's unified relational database is designed to eliminate duplicate data entry, manual CSV exports, and reporting blind spots — giving administrators a single source of truth and giving students and faculty a simpler, faster experience.

We take data protection seriously and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards across the platform. Course payments on app.evayam.com are processed through Razorpay, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway — we never receive or store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
