Course and subscription payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials — these are handled entirely within Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. We retain only non-sensitive payment metadata (such as transaction ID, amount, and status) needed for receipts, reconciliation, and refunds.

We use collected information to provide and improve the eVayem platform, process payments and issue receipts, deliver course content and communications, respond to support requests, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage patterns through analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some platform features.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform — including Razorpay for payment processing, cloud hosting providers, and communication tools — under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
